Will train how to set policies and train personnel on how to make policy changes; help with opening new facilities, taking over existing facilities and closing facilities. This could include oversight of interviewing, selection of personnel, purchasing of supplies and equipment, establishing par levels for staffing, accounting controls, and/or reallocation of staff. Help with vendor relations to include establish credit accounts with vendors and review current contracts to ensure the best pricing, ordering systems required for operations, and establishing contracts with Physicians, Hospitals and Consultants. We can help in designing and implementing assessment and transition processes for facilities. We have been very successful leading facilities in facility turnaround situations, providing training to facility leadership teams in the process and principles of quality and organizational improvement, while increasing bottom line profits.
