My lifelong passion has always been the baking and presentation of gourmet desserts. After a successful career in the fashion industry, I made my dream a reality and enrolled in the Pastry and Baking Arts Program at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, graduating as an accredited Pastry Chef in 2006. After baking specialities for Seasons, a NYC kosher gourmet market, I formed my own company, Susan Sez “Say it With Cake”™.
