Susgrainable rescues spent grains from craft brewers to create sustainable and nutritious upcycled barley flour. Established with a mission to combat food waste and low fibre diets, Susgrainable's innovative approach has led to the creation of a shelf-stable barley flour, derived from the over 450,000 tons of spent grain, rich in fibre and protein, generated by Canadian craft brewers annually.
