Sustainable Buildings Engineering Consultants (SBEC) was established in 2014, and it is the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the office specializes in green building architecture and sustainability in addition to other engineering services related to residential, commercial and industrial projects. At SBEC we seeks to provide a contemporary green sustainable architecture that preserves the environment at the present time and keeps its symbols and quality for future generations, and aims to create innovative architectural designs, as well as attention to reducing energy and water consumption in the building's life cycle, and reducing the negative impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment. At SBEC we produce architecture that considers the user first and foremost. we are guided by the simple beauty of the culture, the efficiency of the space, the importance of the human scale and the belief that architecture and good quality design meant to be enjoyed by all. Our design approach maintains the architecture identity of the region while adding contemporary, modern and practical spirit. Starting from Conceptual sketches to a developed design, SBEC’s design team corresponds and works collaborating with the clients to insure manifesting their ideas into a design solution.
