About Sustainable Change Consulting

Sustainable Change Consulting is a partnership led by Colin Rees and Julie Conalty. Working primarily across the Third and Public sectors, Sustainable Change provides consultancy to support the improvement of performance and the management of change. Sustainable Change’s ethos is that we work with you to ensure that change is embedded in your organisation at all levels and that our input leaves a positive and long-term legacy. Our partnership with you does not finish at the end of our contract – we will continue to advise you on how to make improvements or tackle new challenges. We prefer to work alongside the managers and staff of our client organisations – to listen to what their challenges are and to facilitate improvements, developments and change that they have contributed to. Consultancy should be something done with people and not to them. Experience has taught us that this is an effective way of working and that it promotes ownership, regardless of the task. Sustainable change also works proactively with a range of agencies to develop innovative solutions and new ways of working. We specialise in brokering new and productive partnerships across sectors.
