About Sustainable Entertainment
Sustainable Entertainment is a new independent theatrical production company set up to produce exhilarating commercial theatre in the West End and beyond. Sustainable Entertainment is double Olivier Award-winner, director, writer, actor and producer Sean Foley, and executive producer and environmental activist Chloe Naldrett. Together they have over 60 years experience in the theatre industry, where they have produced, general managed and creatively delivered projects at the highest level including multiple shows in the West End, across the UK, in Ireland, at the RSC, the National Theatre and on Broadway. Sustainable Entertainment will build on our past successes to create great commercial theatre with an accent on comedy. As the old saying goes, ‘funny is money’ – and as a new saying goes, ‘the future is green!’ Pioneering and profitable, we are the UK’s first commercial theatre company to aim for baseline Green Book standards in all our productions. Sustainable Entertainment will deliver thrilling new productions of plays, musicals and comedies with great artists without costing the planet.
