Meet Annick Rogiers I am an ICF-certified business and trauma coach, keynote speaker, consultant, and trainer in trauma-informed leadership. With more than 30 years of experience in HR and workplace wellbeing, I’ve walked alongside people and organisations in some of their most difficult moments. As the author of Stronger than Your Trauma – How to Transform from Victim to Hero, and founder of the Sustainable Wellbeing Platform after Trauma, I support those who want to understand trauma — and transform it into strength. That’s what drives me every day. My journey is both personal and professional. I survived an armed robbery. I lost my life partner in a sudden accident. I’ve stood beside teams facing workplace tragedies, fatal accidents, burnout, bullying, aggression, and unexpected loss. These experiences changed me. They taught me what trauma really does — and what becomes possible when we dare to face it. It has become my mission to make trauma part of the conversation. Not something we hide, but something we acknowledge, support, and learn from. I believe trauma belongs in the heart of the ‘S’ in ESG. Because true sustainability starts with people — and with the courage to care. When trauma is recognised, I see workplaces change. I see stronger teams. More trust. Less absence.
