Sutherland Chevrolet (www.SutherlandChevy.com) was founded on April 10, 1925. Hard work, dedication and a reputation for honesty and integrity caused the dealership to outgrow their original location and on June 17, 1996 Sutherland Chevrolet opened a brand new location, 1060 North Main Street, Nicholasville Kentucky. The new location serves customers from Lexington, Danville, Frankfort, Louisville and many other cities in and around Kentucky. On October 1, 2009 Peter Sutherland retired from the car business. Don Gabbard and Louis Gaver purchased the auto dealership. With such a long standing history of success and integrity serving Central Kentucky, the new owners decided to keep the name Sutherland Chevrolet and continue the tradition of providing new and used quality automobiles and automobile service. We consistently exceed our customer's expectations from test drive to delivery. This is the philosophy that drives our business. On March 1, 2014, Sutherland Chevrolet opened a commercial truck division to support local and regional businesses with their service vehicle needs. We carry heavy duty work trucks, vans, commercial cut-away vehicles, service / utility bodies, fleet and commercial vehicles for contractors, plumbers, electricians, pest control, lawn and landscape services. Sutherland Chevrolet also offers pre-owned automobiles and trucks including many low mileage, one owner cars and a selection of certified used cars and trucks. We also buy used automobiles and provide dealer search services to help you find exactly the car or truck you are looking for.
