The ‘Social Value and Wellbeing’ (SVW) Act 2024 is the English Government’s commitment to embed social values and wellbeing at the heart of all English businesses. It transforms the government’s procurement process, by levelling-up the business playing field, in giving all progressive English SMEs, access to tender for £100 billion of government contracts. 'Social Value and Wellbeing’, is the government’s framework, for scoring a business’s level of compliance with the specific, mandatory, social value and wellbeing standards and requirements.
