SWACT (for Sustainable Way to ACT ) is a simplified stock corporation under French law created in November 2021 with two main activities: - Software design and marketing Create a software to accelerate the green transition of companies/ enable them to develop a more suitable business model, helping them to identify their key and strategic environmental issues/risks (climate, biodiversity decline, etc.) and by proposing solutions to transform their business models as soon as possible. - Consulting/Financial Services: Offer consultancy services to companies in the industries/ services and banking/ insurance sectors in the following areas of expertise: - Risk management consulting and business continuity - Regulatory compliance - Internal Audit - Internal control
