SWAP is a well established not for profit organisation that focuses on internal audit but also offers a variety of independent business improvement and assurance services designed to help all public sector entities achieve their goals. It has built up an enviable reputation since it began in 2005, committed to high quality service at an affordable price. As well as receiving accolade for our innovative approaches, we work with our collaborative professional networks to share knowledge and support the delivery of better public services across the UK. Our success means we have grown to 27 Partners with 90 staff nationwide. We are proud to be the largest partnership of our type in the UK and became a not for profit company limited by guarantee in 2013. Our history and corporate structure means we retain core public sector values and understand our customer's aspirations and operating environments. We foster a collaborative approach with others to support improvement for the mutual benefit of everyone.
