Swarm Thinking was established to help organisations empower teams, improve productivity and extract value by utilising both the available data and their collective knowledge. Creating Power BI Reports and Apps using available data and delivering insight to key decision makers. Pre-built Power BI tools can be utilised to address common business requirements. Advice can be given on the most cost-effective way to deploy Power BI and support is provided making sure a team is left empowered and self-sufficient. Drawing on knowledge and the wisdom of crowds to amplify collective intelligence by holding a Swarm Event with the Unanimous AI Swarm Platform. Results from the event are analysed to help make important decisions that a team has contributed to. Diversity is key to success, so events will often include a variety of different stakeholders. Leveraging open data to create Power BI Apps and insight to help similar organisations understand more about their environment and the market they are operating in. Data sources are combined, and metrics formulated to extract context and deliver insight to Management teams.
