Sweet Avenue Cakery is a custom, artisan wedding cake and special occasion cake bakery. Operated by the cake artist Maria Weglinski, serves clients in the Hamilton, GTA and Niagara regions. All of the artisan goodies are baked to order only and use the highest quality ingredients. From the owner: "High end product is at the heart of all of my creations. The outcome is a dessert that no only pleases Clients visually, but most of all is delicious and as wholesome and healthy, as a dessert can get. In the current economy of cheaper and more, I stand to prove that quality will always win over quantity. I am a scratch baker - organic flour, coconut sugar, butter and real fruits are only some of the quality ingredients that I use, and they all come together to create the decadent, one of a kind mouthwatering experience, that is your wedding or special occasion cake, or the sweets table. My personal favourite are wedding cakes with flowers, as they allow to show off the sugar artistry, but I do love all of the cake trends and various themes, especially those for baby related special occasions, as really who could possibly not find those adorable."
