The innovative and patented CC process (Catalytic Conversion Process) is a technology that mimic Mother Earth’s natural decomposition process, but in a controlled industrial optimized biodegradation process that takes less than 6 minutes. Unlike other technologies, the CC process can mix a variety of materials in the feedstock simultaneously. This gives customers a flexibility to start using a feedstock that makes sense today, based on price, availability or any other factor. WHY SWESTEP The Technology creates opportunities and viable conditions for sustainable energy independence for both small-scale and large-scale installations, regardless of customer, communities, countries size or geographic location. - Turnkey - The SWESTEP Plant is a turnkey Plant solution - Automated - The production is fully automated - Scalability - Modular output of production capacity for both small-scale and large-scale installations. - High conversion - The process converts 85% of the organic/hydrocarbon feedstock to non-fossil fuels and/or liquids. Example; 1,5 to 2,5 kg MSW waste into 1L synthetic diesel 3,0 to 3,4 kg biomass waste into 1L synthetic diesel - Flexibility - independence regarding both, feedstock/input material and end products. - No emissions of carcinogenic elements as dioxins or furans - Storability -The end products (Fuel, Energy, Liquids) are storable.
