About SWET
________ NATURAL HOT SAUCES We make our sauces in small batches, between 100 and 700 numbured bottles each, depending on the materials available. It is made from the best ingredients we can get: ripe and seasonal fruits, always fresh, from organic or local agriculture as much as possible. We intend to develop subtle flavour profiles, using complex blends of quality spices that we crush ourselves. No powder, no flavoring, no texture or color additives, never. By working on balanced strengths, we want to break the negative preconceptions about hot sauce, with a healthy product, modern and at ease on all tables. ________ HANDMADE We do everything ourselves since the beginning: Recipe development, product and concept development, sauce production, bottling, labeling… And also every logo, every name, every photo, every packshot, the graphic design of all the supports. We do it all ourselves in our workshop in Brussels, without any intermediaries. WHAT YOU SWET IS WHAT YOU GET. ________ IN BRUSSELS The overwhelming majority of our peppers are grown in the heart of Brussels, exclusively for us on the roof of the slaughterhouses, at Bigh farming. These peppers are fed with organic matter, without any additives or chemical treatment, and harvested from April to December. This allows us to use fresh peppers almost all year round and to be ultra flexible in our productions. We are proud to contribute to the new impetus for urban optimisation by participating in this life-size agronomic experiment.
