Swimlab is an alternative Swim coaching company. We teach people to connect with water to swim with style and grace, and then inevitably speed and efficiency. We coach at Watergate Bay in Cornwall, Shepperton Lake, Ullswater in the Lake District Hampton Pool, and parts of Italy including Lake Como, Garda, Orta, Iseo, and in the Bay of Poets/Cinqueterre.
