What I have discovered, is that there is one KEY aspect of the swing that every MLB & Pro Softball Player share. Not only do they all share it, but it's the most critical part of a successful baseball swing. The perfect swing sequence starts from the ground up. When the swing is performed correctly, The rear "anchor-leg" of every MLB player that we studied revealed the fact that the rear-leg creates a 120 degree angle from the "Locked-n-Loaded" position. The 120 degree angle is not only created but it is MAINTAINED throughout the entire swing all of the way through impact! This crucial finding has never been discussed or taught! And just as important, it's the same rear-leg that initiates the FIRST "move to the ball". The Swing Doctor 120 was born as a result of analyzing countless players ages 8-18 over the course of many years. Most of the kids/teens all shared the same swing flaw. Allowing the rear-leg to get out of its proper coiled position which is a common "fatal" swing-flaw. The brace is designed to keep the rear-leg in its proper 120 degree angle from the start of the swing to its completion. Over the past two years of research & development, we have positively proven that forcing the leg into its proper position through repetitious practice creates "Automatic Muscle Memory", which is exactly what we had hoped for!
