Production Capabilities Our state-of-the-art bakery is currently the largest hand decorating facility in the U.S. We are the leading producer of Petits Fours in the country. Plus, with a 134,000 square-foot Bakery, 24-hour operation, a built-in Research Kitchen and a highly awarded and experienced Research and Development team, we are able to offer more varieties and flavors than our competitors, unique and custom-blend ingredients for proprietary items, and both ambient and perishable food products.
