About Swiss Golf

As the umbrella organisation, Swiss Golf promotes and supervises the sport of golf in Switzerland and shapes the framework, taking into account national interests and international guidelines. Our vision: We stand for sustainability, health and the lifelong enjoyment of golf. We are leading the sport of golf into a successful future together with our partners. Our mission: We promote golf as a sport, create an open and attractive framework, support the members and develop our talented players into successful elite athletes. As an association and employer, we stand for the following values: * We lead with transparency and respect. * We act responsibly, focusing on service. * We inspire together and with passion. Strategic axes: 1. Sport | We want to establish Swiss players on the major tours. 2. New golfers | We want more juniors, more families and, in general, more people playing golf in Switzerland. 3. Clubs support | We want to help clubs retain their members and gain new ones. 4. Sustainability | We want to show the ecological, economic and social aspects of golf and increase the awareness of sustainability among all golfers. 5. Communication | We want clear, transparent and up-to-date communication with all target groups. 6. Structure, process | We want a customer-oriented structure, clear, documented and experienced processes and modern regulations. For the implementation of our strategy, we are guided by the “Ethics Charter” of Swiss Olympic, the “Spirit of the Game” of The R&A, and our own “Code of Conduct”. How we want to do it ? Together !
