The Swiss Institute for Medical Cannabis Research (SIMCR) is a federally compliant nonprofit association based in Lausanne, Switzerland. We are dedicated to advancing structured, ethical clinical research on cannabis-based therapies — starting with cancer and expanding to other chronic conditions such as PTSD, neurological disorders, and inflammatory syndromes. Our model is built on full-spectrum, terpene-intact cannabis extracts, developed under strict quality standards in partnership with Swiss GMP-certified producers. Treatments will be precisely dosed, and monitored under medical supervision. We will not use isolates, synthetic blends, or lifestyle products — only whole-plant extracts grown using regenerative and organic cultivation methods. SIMCR is supported by an international team of affiliated researchers, physicians, data analysts, and therapeutic system designers — including collaborators known for their leadership in cannabinoid oncology, clinical cannabis integration, and patient-centric formulation.
