About Switch Brand

Switch is a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Branding, Communication and Design. We understand the commercial value of design and consider ourselves creators, nurturers, and custodians of brands. We were established in Johannesburg in mid 1999, and in our years of operation we have grown to become the largest independent design consultancy in Africa. Switch has its head office in Bryanston, South Africa. This office offers all the disciplines within the business as is often the center from which major and international projects are managed. We have offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and London and employ 60 associates across these locations, the core of which is comprised of the best available creative talent as well as professional project support teams with specific strategic focus. Our office in London has been in operation for the past nine years with the key client being Investec. This operation has grown to become a respected member of the design community in the UK. Where Switch has representation e.g. Lagos and Nairobi, relationships on the ground drive client interface with Switch doing the execution out of South Africa. Switch has registered an operating entity in Kenya i.e. Switch East Africa which is in partnership with Inter Management Group (IMG) a well-established PR and Events Company based in Nairobi.
