The precious metal supplier delivers precious metals exclusively from audited and renowned refineries that comply with the London Good Delivery Standard. The six-eyes principle applies when entering the high-security vault. The following persons must be present when entering: a representative of the company operating the high-security vault, a representative of a Swiss security company and a representative of the precious metal supplier. In addition to securing the storage, the Swiss security company is also tasked with reporting on the volume of stored precious metals to an independent, external auditor at regular intervals. The auditor checks the total stocks. At the end of the first calendar year since their purchase, each customer receives the annual audit report together with the statement of accounts.
