PROFILE Soare & Yokina Arhitecti Asociati (SYAA) is an award winning, full service architectural firm established in 2006 and located in Bucharest, Romania. Since its founding it has cumulated an inspiring portfolio of architecture and planning projects, ranging from private residences to large real estate developments and Master Plans. Innovation and sustainability are the core principles of SYAA’s design methods. SYAA, through a dedicated and professional team, offers to their clients more than 15 years of experience in building design. They can develop all the phases of a project, starting from concept and preliminary design to technical design and building site assistance. PHILOSOPHY SYAA’s design is driven by the dialogue between the constructed and the surrounding world, respecting and taking great interest in the extended context of a project - influenced by local culture, traditions, habits, building techniques and climate. We are concerned with the dialogue they create through their architecture with past and future generations.
