We have direct access to Lloyd's of London Underwriters, and other London Market insurers, and specialise in arranging: - Professional Indemnity (including packages which will provide other covers eg EL/PL) - D&O and other Management Liability Risks, - Financial Institutions (including PI, D&O and crime), - Standalone Crime and Computer Crime, - Charity and Educational Packages, - Life Sciences, - Cyber 1st and 3rd Party Cover, - Tech E&O, and - Intellectual Property (IP) Risks. We can arrange both primary and excess layers. We also offer After-the-Event ("ATE") placing services, and have direct access to all the major ATE market insurers. High limits of indemnity are achievable, and bespoke packages which include litigation funding can be put together. We have extremely high levels of expertise in this class, including a former ATE underwriter in the team with many years of experience. We have a former IP underwriter in the team, and we also have a qualified patent attorney as a director, therefore we offer unrivalled expertise in this niche class. We work very closely with our broker partners, and offer as much support as they require for these specialist classes.
