About Us Sylca Designs began as a mother daughter team with one vision: to empower women to feel fashionable, beautiful and most importantly confident. Our creative and artistic jewelry has quickly become a go-to for the fashionista in every woman. Nature meets design through the use of recycled wood, shells, and natural dyes. The result? Eco-chic jewelry that’s powerful and transformative but also completely wearable, thanks to the lightweight materials used. We believe in giving back to women in the Philippines because this is where most of our jewelry is made. The Team After spending many years as a sales representative in the fashion industry, Sylvia decided she wanted to start her own line of jewelry. She reached out to her daughter Camila, who was at the time attending Drexel University for marketing, to see if she would be interested in joining her on an adventure of a lifetime. The pair’s appreciation for nature and art made this a very exciting venture for the mother-daughter team, and certainly one that they will never forget.
