Symbiotic Aquaponic is a full-service aquaponics company established in 2012. Our goal is to empower communities to "Grow Good" by providing state-of-the-art aquaponic technology and support. Symbiotic Aquaponic specializes in ready-to-assemble backyard systems, commercial and custom builds, maintenance, system components, grow aggregate, operations consulting, organic certification plans, grant assistance, curriculum development, STEM materials, and aquaponics education. We believe aquaponics is a tool that should be accessible to all and have designed our systems to be user-friendly for children, older adults, and people of differing abilities everyone in between. With ample accessibility our systems are currently being used in a variety of settings and include: private individuals in their backyards, non-profits, career and tech development centers, colleges, commercial farms, elementary schools, and research programs. Our flagship model is as diverse our partners and is suitable for a variety of aquaponic grow styles such as soil-replacement, deep water culture, and floating raft. At the heart of our work is the calling positively impact mankind and our environment. Our systems are designed to optimize the natural good of aquaponics by conserving water usage, sustainably using resources, and eliminating the need for chemicals. Our systems are BPA-free and food-safe. The result is the ability to Grow Good for our communities and for our Earth. For our efforts, Symbiotic Aquaponic has been recognized and awarded. In 2013, we received the Yoshiyama Young Entrepreneur (2013) from the Hitachi Foundation for our dedication to generate positive change through socially-motivated business. In 2016, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education honored Symbiotic Aquaponic with the Business Partnership Excellence Award for using aquaponics as a tool to impact local economies.
