SYMBYX is an Australian med-tech company that develops laser light therapy devices to promote wellness and help manage symptoms of chronic conditions. For example, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, IBD/IBS, Arthritis, Chronic Pain and more. We take a customer-focused approach to improve quality of life for those with chronic illness, using non-pharmaceutical methods. Founded in 2019 by a diverse group of consumer, medical and biotech professionals, we are a privately-held, early-stage company with partners and investors in the US, Sweden, Germany and Australia. Our medical grade devices use photobiomodulation (low-level laser light therapy) to stimulate cell recovery and reduce chronic pain and inflammation, often via the gut microbiome and the gut-brain axis, but also via the brain directly. We take pride in the fact that we are a research-backed company. For example, please see clinical trial results published in BMC Neurology Journal on 2 July 2021, "Improvements in clinical signs of Parkinson's disease using photobiomodulation." Patients showed significant improvements in cognition, movement and mood, and have sustained those improvements for over 3 years now. We are currently involved in large-scale randomised, placebo control, scientific trials in Canada and Australia, and in discussion with several further universities and prominent photobiomodulation researchers. Our products are CE/ARTG listed and backed by a team of qualified clinicians worldwide who work with customers directly and also, made in Sweden and Australia, and come with a 1 year warranty. SYMBYX devices are subject to different regulations, permits and clearances in each country and are not available for sale in all countries, including the U.S.
