About Syn Studio : École d'art - Art School
At Cestar Collège - Syn Studio, we specialize in teaching concept art and illustration for the entertainment industry. We believe that strong fundamentals in figurative drawing, painting and sculpture are the foundations of high-level digital artistry. This belief is shared by all of our teachers, friends and advisers which include top art directors, producers, lead and senior artists in Montreal, Los Angeles and San Francisco’s games, film and animation industries. For over five years, we have been helping industry professionals as well as young and amateur artists take their art to the next level. Our alumni include art directors and lead artists as well as rising stars in concept art, illustration and matte painting in games, film and animation companies such as Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Eidos, Gameloft, Cartoon Network, Mokko Studio and many more. Our most successful students are incredibly passionate about art and learning, intensely curious and open-minded, humble and eager for critique, share and work well with others and possess a very strong work ethic.
