Syncare Memory Suites is a highly specialized assisted living residential care home specializing in Memory Care, Alzheimer's and Dementia. The vision of our company is to support, enrich, and empower the lives of our clients with Alzheimer’s or any form of dementia. We create a carefully-crafted lifestyle, personalized, and centered around the one you love the most. Syncare was founded to address a growing problem in the residential memory care sector: the need for a dignified, more personalized care maximizing each resident's potential. As a nurse executive, local co-founder Ann Hortillosa found many dementia and Alzheimer’s residential care facilities lacked exactly that- individualized care. Many residents were offered a "one-size fits all" approach that doesn't meet their memory care needs. Frustrated by their need for independence and unfamiliar new home, many felt lost and acted out, worsening their condition. Ann knew there had to be a smarter solution. Today, Syncare has opened its home in Plymouth, MN. Our clients live in their own personalized interior-designed residences with private bathroom. Each client has access to round-the clock care, creative and educational activities, outdoor walkways and delicious organic-only food. Our home is fully equipped with Snoezelen Multisensory Room. Our caregivers are trained and Memory Care certified by John Hopkins Memory Care Center of Excellence.
