We’re a collective of three Accredited & Experienced therapists — Linda, Tania and Maria — each bringing a unique therapeutic style grounded in warmth, professionalism, and psychological depth. With a range of expertise across Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Approaches, Trauma Counselling, Grief, Anxiety and more, together we offer a gentle, collaborative approach that supports clients in making meaningful and lasting change. At Syné Collective (pronounced sin-ay), our work is rooted in timeless principles: reflection, balance, compassion, and the pursuit of self-understanding. These are not new ideas — they echo ancient philosophies like 'sophrosyne', which spoke to the power of inner harmony and mindful living. Yet, we live in a fast-paced, constantly shifting world, and modern minds face modern pressures. Burnout, anxiety, disconnection, decision fatigue. In this context, the old wisdom feels more relevant than ever. “Ancient wisdom for modern minds” is our way of bringing depth into the present moment. It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t have to be clinical, or cold. It can be rooted, rich, and thoughtful.
