At SynED, we’ve discovered that workforce development cannot exist in isolation. Like skilled community organizers, we believe that grassroots, personal connections drive lasting change. We engage in direct outreach—personal phone calls, one-on-one meetings, and community gatherings—to build relationships that transcend institutional boundaries. Traditional workforce models often create a costly revolving door of recruitment and turnover. Our alternative focuses on building consensus and collaboration across education, industry, and government. We develop skills-based frameworks that ensure employers and candidates speak the same language while creating customized programs that bridge training and productive employment.
