CEO, Mina McCullom, is a Fortune 500-trained leader who has been involved in the design and management of mega-projects in the aerospace industry as well as traditional vertical construction projects. In 2011 year, Mina founded SynEnergy. SynEnergy projects include large infrastructure owners, an international airport, the U.S. Department of Defense, data centers, laboratories, and multifamily developments. McCullom, an actual rocket scientist, and her team are on the frontier of making large infrastructure buildings more energy-efficient, including the Denver Airport’s Great Hall Renovation – one of the largest vertical construction projects in North America. By specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering as well as energy modeling and financial analysis, our team works with clients to deliver exceptional service. By integrating MEP design with energy modeling and financial life cycle cost analysis to optimize building systems design and inform building owners of the “life-cycle cost” of MEP systems. As engineers, project managers, and designers, we believe it is our responsibility to design high-performing, healthy buildings that positively impact the people, environment, and the communities they serve. We are a group of engineers and creatives who greatly value each other, our clients and our community. In 2021 Mina McCullom was selected to serve as one of seven CEOs of color that comprise the Business Council of Dream.org’s Green For All initiative. Green For All is a platform to create a world that is green for all, not green for some. Dream.org is an initiative founded by US political commentator, activist and TV host Van Jones. We create pathways for Black, Latinx, and formerly incarcerated talent to transform the tech and sustainability fields.
