Working with Synergetic is a “co-employment” relationship. Under this arrangement, the business owner retains control over the company, and Synergetic becomes the legal “Employer of Record” for payroll tax and benefit purposes. This relationship allows Synergetic to assume many of the employment related responsibilities and risks, while allowing the business owner to focus their time and energy on the supervision and direction of work, and provide their employees with a menu of benefits usually only found in a larger company. Synergetic’s clients are privately owned companies with between 10 to 200 employees.
