Synergetic is a PEO, allowing small to medium sized businesses to decrease their administrative burdens, reduce their legal liability, attract and retain higher quality employees, and increase their productivity. Working with Synergetic is a “co-employment” relationship. Under this arrangement, the business owner retains control over the company, and Synergetic becomes the legal “Employer of Record” for payroll tax and benefit purposes.
