About Synergos Counseling & Wellness

Synergos (συνεργός) (pronounced sin-er-gos) is a Greek word from an ancient Athenian dialect from which the term synergy was born meaning working together. At Synergos Counseling and Wellness we work through a wholistic and restorative wellness model of treatment. We believe by reflecting on and attending to various facets of your life (e.g., work, health, faith) you will achieve greater self awareness. This will allow you to experience improved mood, health, and overall daily functioning. We offer mental health and dietary services for children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. We use many evidence-based interventions to treat anxiety-related disorders (e.g., Obsessive-Compulsive DO, Generalized Anxiety DO, etc) in addition to those struggling with eating and feeding disorders. We utilize a health at every size approach, intuitive eating principles, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), trauma informed approaches, and more. We also offer corporate yoga, meditation, nutrition, and more! It is our honor and privilege to provide the necessary support and guidance to clients as they progress along their path toward self discovery.
