Company Background Synergy International Group was formed in 2000 by Richard Tam, Rebecca Lau and other partners, combining their professional expertise and experience in HR management and project consulting. Each of the partners and principal consultants has more than 25 years’ experience working with major international companies. The company has extensive networks in Hong Kong and China. SIG provides professional services in three businesses: Executive Search, Consulting and Training. For training, it cooperates with a major publishing and education group, Commercial Press (HK) Ltd in two joint ventures: Commercial Development & Training Ltd (CDTI) and EdFun Ltd. CDTI offers corporate training to enterprises; EdFun conducts interactive English programs for primary, secondary and university students.
