With more than 40 years of experience in the fields of rapid prototyping, printed circuit boards assembly (PCBA), new product introduction (NPI), mechatronics and box-build manufacturing, testing (AOI, ICT, FLY, FT), repair as well as cost reduction services, Synetronics has been producing sophisticated PCBs across the product lifecycle; from the idea, throughout prototypes, to small, medium and large-sized volume series production. Certified according to internationally recognized quality standard specific to the medical device industry ISO 13485:2016, our manufacturing process is RoHS qualified in accordance with the highest quality class of the international standard IPC 610 A Class II and III production services. Additionally to manual assembly, we use high-performance assembling machines, which can place up to 300'000 components per day and up to several 10'000 units per year when making up circuit boards with fully automated SMT and traditional THT lines. We boast a diversified customer relations network in the strategically important markets of medical technology, avionic, transportation, smarthome, measurement technology, construction of machines & equipments and other extremely demanding industrial applications including research & development.
