Stock is managed from our warehouses in Cape Town and Johannesburg where shipments are distributed efficiently and cost effectively to our resellers throughout Southern Africa. Our unique RMA policy entitles resellers, not based in Cape Town or Johannesburg, to free collection, replacement and return of any warranty items which have been purchased from Syntech.
