The Zero Puddle insert fits within our CSD’s robust hardware which includes threaded, rod, weld, bolt, and all Zero Caulk mounts. These are the most drainable and cleanable hangers in the industry. Our Process Hex Hanger’s drainable, cleanable with no exposed threads design brings the PVC collared or rubber grommets hex style hangers into today’s cleanliness requirements. Installing the antiquated hex shaped pipe hanger on your equipment or in your plant allows exposed threads and harboring points into your sanitary environment. Our expanding line of Zero Caulk wall mounts solves the issue of mounting pipe hangers, panels, safety signs, etc. to blindside walls or insulated metal panels. An installer only a cordless drill, Jack Nuts / rivet nuts and a wrench for an efficient mount. This is a huge benefit with reductions in labor costs while eliminating the caulking. While caulk is not a huge capital expense. Caulk must be inspected and often requires removal and reapplication for approval. Over time caulking will breakdown, creating potential harbor points.
