Our long-standing customers include the NHS, pharmacies, GP surgeries, hospitals, care homes, charities, wholesalers, businesses, members of the public and export companies. We participate in NHS Supply Chain Framework Agreements and we supply NHS trusts directly. We offer a Private Label Branding service to pharmacy groups which includes the product packaging design, user manuals, rating labels and shipping cartons. We also take care of the regulatory product registration side of things delivering a problem-free, personalised service. Syringa is a registered UK Responsible Person (UK REP) with the MHRA which means that we are qualified to represent international manufacturers in the UK in terms of the UKCA regulatory and conformance requirements. Syringa is ISO9001 and ISO13485 certified which demonstrates a quality management system that maintains a high level of customer service, product quality and safety. Syringa designs and manufactures the popular CoolMeds isothermic cases for the transport of temperature sensitive medication, particularly between 2 and 8°C. The CoolMeds range continues to be developed in response to the changing needs of our customers. These customers include pharmaceutical companies for whom we design bespoke 2-8°C cases, for transporting medication to their patients.
