Based in the Colchester area, Sys3 have been successfully trading since 2000. Initially focused on custom hardware and repair, we now specialise in a wide range of IT services and solutions for small and medium sized businesses in and around Essex. Our success and subsequent growth over the last few years has meant that many of our customers now refer to us as their ‘outsourced IT department’. With in-house professionals being a costly overhead for many businesses, Sys3 are a great alternative to going it alone and calling in the professionals once an incident has occurred…a costly mistake to make. With that said, we also provide a number of corporate clients with network maintenance, internet connectivity and hosting services as well as various support contracts. We are a hands on, client-facing company with customer service a number one priority. We don’t outsource and carry out all aspects of work, from support telephone calls to detailed installations, ourselves. We also have a trusted network of businesses and professionals at our disposal, enabling us to call on additional resources in order for our customers to receive the best support.
