Systec develops and manufactures, certified according to ISO 9001, a wide range of products for the modern laboratory, science and research as well as biotechnology, pharmacy, quality control and production. Systec autoclaves are primarily used in laboratories. Systec supplies university laboratories, Max-Planck institutes, Federal and State Research Institutions and other major research institutes, the pharmaceutical and food industries, public health laboratories and private laboratories as well as research institutes and companies within the biotechnology. Systec autoclaves can be used in all laboratory applications, even for sophisticated sterilization processes: Sterilizing liquids (culture media, nutrient media), solid bodies (instruments, pipettes, glassware), waste (sterilization of liquid waste in bottles or solid waste in waste bags before destruction), and biologically hazardous materials in safety laboratories. Utilizing a chamber volume from 25 to 1580 liters, Systec offers more than 70 different types of steam sterilizers respectively laboratory autoclaves. Systec Mediaprep, media preparators in 7 different sizes (from 10 to 20 liters) built as autoclave solely for culture media production which is optimized for preparation, sterilization and sterile filling of sterile liquid media (e.g. Agar culture media, Peptone Water). Systec Mediafill, filling device for dosing and filling of microbiological culture media in Petri-Dishes with a diameter of 35mm, 60mm and 90mm for up to 220, 440 and 660 Petri-Dishes as well as for Bi-Plates, Tri-Plates and for dosing and filling of liquid media into test tubes.
