We source telecoms equipment from businesses that have upgraded their systems or no longer have a need for them. Our pre-owned products are much more than simply second-hand — our experienced team refurbish, clean, test and grade each item before offering for sale. As a rule of thumb, A-grade refurbished products are generally a third of the price of the equivalent new. This means we can provide our customers with everything needed to maintain or upgrade an existing set up, even those that are no longer in production by the manufacturer, as well as a complete package for a full installation, all at exceptional value for money. Our 10,000 square foot warehouse houses around 9,000 product lines. Refurbished telephone system units, cards, components and handsets: Once booked in to our stock control system, each item is assigned a unique barcode so it is fully traceable through the system. Next is a through clean by our specialist team before moving through to the test room to be checked and graded. All our refurbished systems undergo a 24-point comprehensive check, we replace all known problematic components and, if appropriate, update the software. All telephone cords are replaced with new. New data and voice products: The refurbished telephone system category is supported by a complete range of new data and telecoms installation products. We supply all your bread and butter installation requirements such as cable, patch panels & leads, data cabinets, faceplate & modules plus test equipment and tools. Specialist products: We distribute a range of complementary products including fibre, on hold messaging, call management software, uninterruptible power supplies, CCTV, door entry systems, heavy duty telephones and hoods.
