Prior to working in recruitment Tom worked in the Transport and distribution industry for a number of years doing a variety of different job roles, that ranged from pallet network operator at SPT, through to Operations Manager at Go Logistics Ltd. 9 years ago Tom had a career change and joined the recruitment industry as a Driving Recruitment Consultant, having worked the other side of the fence for quite some time Tom already had a full understanding of what his clients would be expecting from himself and the agency driver, over the years he successfully progressed from driving consultant to office manager and Senior consultant.
