We started off as just your average family from New Orleans trying to make it through the work week looking forward to our small gatherings with family and friends over the weekend. After facing great challenges in the economy, we all decided to reach out past the horizon relocating our jobs & families to the great State of Texas for wonderful opportunities. In continuing our weekend traditions, we met great people and were constantly being reminded how much everyone enjoyed our food and southern hospitality. After realizing how much fun everyone has and how much we love to cook and entertain, we started drawing up ideas that could change the way catering is provided. After months of planning and working together, here we are ladies and gentlemen. We made our dream a full-blown reality Located in Conroe, Texas.
