Investigative Consultants International, Inc. and Executive Protection International were founded in 1982 by TJ Ward, a former law enforcement officer, EMT, and firefighter. ICI was founded on the principles of bringing the intelligence and investigative services that government officials have available to private citizens and corporations. As a former law enforcement officer in the State of Georgia, TJ Ward brings his wealth of investigative experience in the public and private sectors. He has served as a narcotics agent on the State Drug Task Force, is a member of the Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators, (GAPPI), an official sponsor of the Atlanta Bar Association's Family Law Section, and a sponsor for the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GDCDL). In 1994, the Eckerd Drug Corporation employed Mr. Ward's firm to assist the FBI and ATF in identifying a serial armed robber who terrorized the company for over 12 months in the Southeast. Mr. Ward identified and assisted in the apprehension and served as a federal witness in the trial giving key testimony. Most recently, TJ has been featured in many national and international news mediums in recognition of his involvement with the Natalee Holloway, including notables like FOX News, MSNBC, CNN, Good Morning America, Atlanta Journal Constitution, and Vanity Fair Magazine.
