T&K Srl is the company born from the M&A operation which in December 2020 brought to the acquisition of the Italian company marks-3zet Srl held by the German group and company marks-3zet GmbH & Co. Therefore from December 2020 T&K is an 100% Italian company fully committed in following up the long history of the German previous sister company and the good job done in Italy since the 2013 as the Italian market leader and as a system integrator and trader for (waterless offset) prepress and printing technologies and their corresponding printing plates from TORAY, waterless inks TOKA and CLASSIC COLORS, blankets and chemicals. In addition to individual engineering and the creation of turn-key prepress solutions for all areas of offset printing, T&K offers additional services, such as quality management systems, training courses in waterless printing, quality measuring systems for purchasing ink, paper, and more consumables. Furthermore T&K is the sole official and exclusive distributor of TOKA and VANSON inks in Italy, as well as distributor of Schmidt Rhyner by Actega Coatings.
