T&R Tooling offers plastic injection molding from 101 to 528 ton (5 to 65 ounce shot capacity) with core pull and robotic interfaces. Through a close alliance with our affiliates we have access to presses with capacities up to 1000 tons. Our shop is fully equipped to handle all fixturing and secondary operations should this be a requirement for your parts. Our goal is to provide quality products and services, outstanding customer service and competitive pricing, while striving to meet your delivery requirements. We were certified from September, 2016 to September, 2022. While we are not officially AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 certified as of Sept. 2022 we do stay in compliance with them. We have been audited and carry certification as a supplier under Alpine Advanced Materials. Their HX5 material is half the weight of 6061-T6 aluminum yet has 93% of the strength. Tool repair is our specialty. Our highly skilled team can handle any and all of your repair needs. Our primary goal for repairs is to “fix it right” the first time. We pride ourselves in the quality workmanship that goes into all of the repairs we perform for our clients. Using the latest state of the art equipment, we can produce high quality, consistent and precise tooling repairs that will meet or exceed your expectations. No matter where you are in the design process, we can help. We can work with your design idea whether it’s in your head, on paper, an existing part/mold, or in most any industry accepted file format. T&R Tooling uses the latest in state-of-the art software to bring your concepts to reality. We currently use SolidWorks and Mastercam software in our design process. All software is maintained to the latest version. We can take concept to molded parts in as few as 7 days. We now offer 3D printing and can print molds as large as 3” x 4” to run as many as 100 cycles in most materials.
