About T.Y.Lin International
Established in 1980 in Johore Bahru, Malaysia, we subsequently relocated to Kuala Lumpur in the early eighties, prompted by a resurgence in the property market in the Malaysian capital. After more than two decades in Malaysia, we have established ourselves as a leading consulting practice which offers a complete spectrum of professional services ranging from feasibility studies, cost estimates, contract documentation, design and contract management to supervision. We have established a notable track record in the design of long span and highrise structures. Our design in prestressed and precast concrete and structural steel have also gained particular renown. Our affiliation with T.Y.LIN International and other regional offices allow us to draw from the accumulated pool of experience covering the entire range of engineering expertise. Of particular interest, T.Y.LIN International has among other innovations, pioneered the application of prestressing technique on steel girders to increase their efficiency. We are fully equipped with up-to-date computer softwares for both design and drafting. We continually source for programmes that adopt the latest methods in analysis and design.
