As we offer additional courses in private to group or individual personal instruction in handgun proficiency, we specialize in proper safety handling of a firearm. A formal chief of the Illinois police reserve has always had a passion for training and education of law enforcement and teaches the concealed carry course here in Illinois his office, located in Chicago, provides all 8/12/ and 16 hours required by the state police Mr. Rossi is a licensed firearms instructor recognized by The NBA as a law enforcement handgun and shotgun instructor. IDPR registered firearms instructor located in the portage park area near Central and Belmont.
