Founded by Dr. Milan LaBrey, TAEI began as a values-based, emotional intelligence curriculum for children and educators. It has since expanded into a global initiative addressing the ethical, emotional, and societal gaps emerging in the age of AI. TAEI Academy works across sectors to: 1. Integrate emotional intelligence into educational and leadership systems 2 Equip children, educators, and developers with moral reasoning tools 3. Offer consulting, workshops, and certification programs grounded in human-centered ethics 4.
